MISS WISCONSIN 2026
Jordenne Butler of Onalaska, Wisconsin, was crowned Miss Wisconsin 2026 this past June in New Berlin. Competing as Miss River City, Jordenne captured the judges’ attention by sweeping three major preliminary awards: Health & Fitness, Evening Gown, and Talent. This is a full-circle journey for Jordenne as she also served as Miss Wisconsin’s Teen 2015.
A 2020 alumna of Viterbo University with a marketing degree, Jordenne utilizes her professional background as a Skills Developmental Specialist and as the owner of her own strategic marketing and recruitment consulting firm.
During her year of service, she is excited to travel the state promoting her Community Service Initiative, “Building Resilience for Healthy Futures.” Her initiative focuses on educating communities about Adverse Childhood Experiences (ACEs) and their lifelong impacts on physical and mental health. Through her #BuildingResilience school program and her partnership with Better Together’s Resilient and Trauma-Informed Community, Jordenne aims to guide children and adults toward brighter, healthier lives. Jordenne is also a published author; her children’s book, Bentley Bounces Back, helps young readers navigate complex emotions following a parent’s illness. “My goal is to empower children who have faced adversity through social awareness and compassionate outreach,” she says.
A lifelong performer who began her dance training at age three, Jordenne wowed the state audience with an energetic jazz dance routine to “That’s Life.” Her extensive performing arts background includes dancing with the Viterbo University Dance Team, touring the Midwest region with the Wizard of Oz during their national tour, and starring as Clara in The Nutcracker.
